Conditions of Hire

  1. Items remain the property of Oakland Catering.
  2. The hirer is responsible for breakages and will be charged at replacement value.
  3. All items to be returned in clean condition.
  4. If goods returned dirty add 20% to hire charge.
  5. Acceptance of items indicates acceptance of conditions of hire.

For any other catering items not listed which you would like, please let us know as we may be able to put you in touch with a larger catering hire company, that will be able to provide the items for you.

Catering Requirements

We will require a deposit about 2 weeks before your event  **(non-refundable)**.  The remaining total will be payable on the day of the event.

**  If your event is cancelled no less than 7 days before your event, we will refund your deposit (booking fee).  If this happens, please email, telephone or text our mobile phone as soon as possible.  **

We accept payments by cash, cheque, and BACS.

If on the day of your event you are unhappy about the food or service, please let us know on the day, so that it can be dealt with straight away, and in a courteous manner.  Please be advised that once the food is eaten it is acceptance of payment.
